Rally O!

This morning I took Maisie to Rally training with our usual dog trainer. I wasn't entirely clear what it was, but Ruth was sure Maisie would take to it!

It turns out to be a kind of obedience training, with little courses set out with instructions to walk forward then sit, or do a u turn, or go around cones with the dog walking at heel all the time.

Ruth thought Maisie did pretty well for her first try.

Our morning walk often involves a walk along the local 'drain' - and very often we'll see foxes sunbathing along the far bank - this morning there were about 6 - 8 of them - I thought this chap was especially beautiful.
