Eddie the pike ....

This is Eddie the 3.5 m high pike statue at the Waverley river centre where we are tonight .
We have had a bad day with a broken engine water pump which almost left us stranded , but in usual Norfolk style , we had lots of help to get us back moving on the water ..
This place is huge with space for boats , tents , caravans and also wooden lodges if you need . There is a big shower block and also an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Plus a nice pub where we went tonight for dinner with Boris , who ended up playing behind the bar with the pubs huge Newfoundland .
We have had 2 thunder storms already and the sky looks like more is up there .
The fresh air has worn us out today , it's amazing how it does that ..
