Three's a Crowd

Meet Lisa-Jane who's my friend and Reiki therapist.  We arranged to meet up this afternoon in Rottingdean and went to see Elif in her shop before going to Molly's at the beach for a drink.  When we left Elif's we were walking down the road and noticed Coco had come running after me so I had to take her back to the shop - she always gets very excited when she sees me because she thinks she'll be coming to see Milou and Bobbie.   So I told Elif that I'd call and pick her up when I was on my way home and she could have a play date with her brothers.

Lisa-Jane arranged to view a house in Saltdean so I said I'd go with her and then she came back to mine for a coffee.  We sat in the garden for the first time this year and one by one the dogs jumped onto her knee but it was quite a squeeze to fit all three on lol!

I'm feeling slightly better again today, and tonight Alan and I walked all three dogs along the undercliff walk back to Rottingdean to drop Coco off with Elif.  

I bought some very nice fillet steaks from the butcher this afternoon so cooked them when we got home and had a glass of red wine.  It's funny isn't it - I went into the butcher's and asked for a nice piece of fillet, we wouldn't really want anything other than a nice piece would we?

Anyway, it's time for Gogglebox!
