As Soft and Simple as a Sigh..

We have a bumper crop of Raspberries.

See the rain does have its benefits!

So far we have two bottles of Raspberry Vodka and a bottle of Raspberry Gin fermenting. Nant got two raspberry mini-flans for her birthday, and we had four. Numerous berries themselves have been munched straight from the fridge.


Later I'm going to squeeze some more, perhaps these very ones into a jar of Balsamic Vinegar.

I have a problem with Balsamic. For Several weeks, I purchased a jar at shopping, I'm not sure how many we have but despite throwing it all over ever salad, and dipping bread in to bowls of it, I should have plenty to make some nice Raspberry Balsamic dip.
