Cerinthe
Also known as blue honeywort. I strew a few cerinthe seeds about a couple of years ago to see if they would grow in our grotty soil. Nothing really came of them so I assumed it was too hot and dry for them to survive here.
But blow me down with a feather, the garden is suddenly full of them and I'm thrilled. I'll leave these to self-seed and, with a bit of luck, they'll be so prolific that I'll never need to weed again.
