Drabble

Back in 2002 I was job hunting. In the software sector it's common to 'Google' names ahead of an interview. It's safer if they're distinctive names (even though, some may have thought me a local footballer, which couldn't be further from reality!).

I was fascinated that one interviewer had edited of a book of 100-word SF stories!

Since then the 'Drabble', prose of exactly 100 words, has been a favourite format, and some years later he presented me with a copy of the second such book.

100 words is a challenge to fit everything in, so concisely.
