Can't Beet This

The beet obsession continues! Made a dent in my Costco sized container of beets when making the above salad for J's birthday month kick off celebration.

Highlights of the day include a shopping adventure to find plastic Easter eggs and an absolutely epic Easter egg hunt that culminated in truths, dares, shots, and Archer.
