Bridges

Launching our new boat today was at least 80% better. (not sure how to make it 100% -other than lift more weights! or get younger!)   We bought an extension for the boat dolly that came in the mail yesterday (for a little extra postage)…so now she balances! and also bought and cut and glued a vinyl covered polyester “carpet” to slide her across the little bit of rocky beach.    Much better.   A lovely time was had by me meandering and rowing ..… We switched at the rowing club public dock so H could get a turn.  It was quite breezy but no matter with this boat.  We’ll get used to her!   And I will have a good time by myself taking photos.  We can probably both be in the boat (only one rowing) if we want... What you see is the University Bridge with the freeway I5 bridge behind… (on the map)
