This man saved Scotland £7billion

No arguments.
The fiscal framework agreement was finalised, but only after he withstood considerable pressure from Westminster to cowtow to their demands. They were not happy and tried to make him accept this huge cut in the budget for Scotland, despite  the Smith commission report agreeing that there should be not any detriment or gain.

I have a deep respect for this man.
