Cocktails and Science

Cocktails and Science tonight at Summerhall. Hit and miss on some of the stuff, but entertaining overall, and got some great tips for a Gibson Martini (which, naturally, we tried once home - I'm not normally a Martini fan, whereas I love a Martinez, but this Gibson is rather good). I'm thinking these numerous cocktail posts are the main reason I've been getting 'are you an alcoholic' spam in my email....
