An Ill Lewis looking at Stevens colourful screen. He has four teeth popping through and is full of the cold.
It was a hard night. Not been with family for over a week and tonight I felt out of it.

Most of the day has been spent feeling light headed and tingly all over. It has made me feel like hitting out at something. Not nice.

Home now and I'm off to bed.
