A visit from Mr & Mrs Chaffinch

After seeing only Mr in the garden once or twice ...... I was really chuffed that he brought his Mrs too today.

Apologies for the quality of the shots but the light was terrible & they were taken through the window ..... hopefully they will turn up again on a sunny day :-)

Horrid weather ...... think Winter has returned ...... we've had rain, hail & it's been really windy & cold! What has happened to Spring? Has anyone seen it?!
