Off for an adventure

An archetypal childhood moment - perhaps from 60 years ago? - when two small girls, hand in hand, set off towards the tall trees. "Don't come too close behind us" they ordered.

We didn't, and they had a wonderful time in Benmore Gardens on a sunny morning - often the very best time of day to be there.
