First batch ever!

For someone who loves and has loved coconut macaroons since I was little, I'm ashamed and proud to say that today .... I baked my first ever batch of macaroons!!! Dead easy and not bad for a first attempt.

Why didn't I do this before I'm asking myself. The answer .... gotta keep learning, trying new things! I have so much to learn.
