A Not So Disastrous Pudding!

Today was a productive day which was good. I managed to do a lot of things on my to do list!

This afternoon I made (or attempted to make!) a pineapple upside down pudding for dinner. The above photo was taken before the disaster occurred - which was that whilst in the oven all the sauce started dripping out of the bottom of the cake tin and burning up all over the oven floor, causing a lot of smoke and horrible smell in the kitchen!
The pudding had to quickly be rescued and was instead transformed into more of a sticky pineapple and cherry cake, so actually it turned out to be not such a disaster in the end. Added a bit of drama to the day, haha!
