A Little Sunshine

After yesterdays nice weather it was back to normal today with cloud,cold wind and rain so decided to make my own sunshine with these sunflowers.

I had downloaded Helicon Focus, a focus stacking programme so the dreary day was a good excuse to stay in and try it out. This is my first attempt ,it's not perfect but once I can learn how to use it properly it should be very useful for obtaining great depth of field especially for macro work.

At least it was a reminder what Summer should be like. There is hot weather to the South,the Tour de France was being run today in temperatures of 35c.
