Spring!

That's the name of this wire fairy at Trentham Gardens. She's part of a larger sculpture of enormous wire dandelions. All the fairies here have been created by local artist Robin Wight and his daughter Amy. I have a small kit to make one of my own, but it's still sitting in the box!

The extra shot is of my first Great Crested Grebe nest this year, and I'm keeping it a secret as they're such shy birds I don't want it scaring off.
