One horned rhino

We had a day at the zoo with some pals. The zoo with 4 boys age 9-4 was lots of fun, many baddies were defeated as well as lots of animals seen. It was great to see the Rhino out and about, such a majestic fella!
When we got back after much deliberation I decided to head out for a run, I only managed 3 miles as my feet and calves were too sore - I concluded that much stretching is required!
