Room with a View

We arrived in Chania at 8.30 pm to the sound of NATO jets taking off. Welcome to the Middle East.

Our hotel for the night is in the centre of the old town, in the middle of a maze of narrow streets with bars and restaurants. This is the view looking down from our window.
