Playing with a photo

I love watercolors and so wish I could paint with watercolors..but the next best thing is learning how to change photos that may end up looking like watercolors.   So today I worked around with Picasa and Fotor to make a new picture.     The original is in the extras.

I don't know how often I will do this kind of work.  Just playing is fun though!
