Football Crazy

My backs gone again and I could hardly walk this morning so booked an appointment with the GP.

They say muscular as opposed to disc so that's a positive.

Hopefully back to 100% soon.

I did manage to pick up my prescription on the bike so managed a 5km cycle to get them.

I like to manage something every day no matter how small.

After dinner L and I played some football in the street. This was possible once my painkillers kicked in.
