Don't fence me in!

We didn't get up till latish, the joys of retirement  and as it was a sunny day, we went to Parc Slip. As soon as we got there, we decided to have lunch. We must have waited about twenty minutes, but as it's such lovely surroundings,  we  patiently waited, very unlike me.  When we had finished, we went for a walk around the reserve. I don't know where the birds have gone, but it was really quiet . We went into the hide, and sat in there for ages, but still nothing. I was hoping to get a really good photograph today, but sometimes it just doesn't happen.
