To celebrate our March birthdays, Isaac and I booked a night away at a beautiful resort built on a vineyard in Eastern WA, (3 hours and on the other side of the mountains from us), called Cave B. We thought it would be fun to stay not in one of their luxurious rooms, but in one of their cool Yurts that are supposed to be "like camping". The Yurt far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be staying in one again. Our Yurt looked out over a vineyard with the beautiful Columbia River in the distance. We spent the day getting massages, doing a wine tasting, dinner, sunset, a night hike and watching the stars from our porch. We both saw the most amazing shooting star we've ever seen. It actually looked like it was falling out of the sky and it's tail got brighter as it got closer. We fell asleep to the sound of frogs and woke up to the birds just in time to see the sunrise. The skylight above our bed showed the stars at night and a glow of the sun in the morning. Just perfect. Here, Isaac and I are on the other side of the resort on the edge of a cliff enjoying the sunset and some wine.
