These sidewalk repairs are so neat and crisp. And look closely: only two cigarette butts in the gutter. I am still amazed at how there are far fewer smokers today than 30 years ago. Then, there would've been many, many butts in the gutter. See, we can change. Now, how can we cut back on sugar . . . .
