Cake

Trial run at a new cake, a Moroccan Tea Loaf.
Apologies it's a bit blurry. I didn't check the quality of the image and can't retake as we started to eat it!
Quite yummy so I'll be making this again. Full of some of my favourite flavours - cardamom, rosewater, figs and pistachio's.
