Bird fest!

Lovely day with some sunshine & quite warm ...... although the breeze still had a nip to it.

We decided to have another trip to Whisby Nature Park this afternoon.

We had a lovely stroll round for a couple of hours ...... there were birds everywhere ...... on the lakes & in the trees along the pathways ....... the Robins & Dunnocks were singing their hearts out & there were Chiffchaffs calling everywhere! We also saw Chaffinch, Wren, Blue Tits, Great Tits, Blackbirds, Swans, Black Headed Gulls, Cormorants, Geese, various Ducks, Little Egret, Herons, Oyster Catchers (one on a nest) & Great Crested Grebes. Altogether it was a real 'bird fest'! :-)
