Or to be precise the ‘Fools Guild’, or even more precise ‘Guild of Fools and Joculators and College of Clowns’ .  .  .
 
.  .  .  . which, if my memory serves me right, first got a mention in ‘Men at Arms’, one of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld novels.
