Aye Aye Captain!

A new captain is in port today. Young Master H had no idea the playing fields in Lawford existed until this afternoon. We'd returned from a shopping trip to Colchester, dropped in to see Nan on the way home and since the weather was so good, went to let off steam at the slides, swings and roundabouts. As we reached the end of the footpath, leading from the end of School Lane to the tennis courts, the young man exclaimed in surprise 'Oooh'. He was most interested in the tallest and biggest of the play equipment natch (see extra), but I did manage to persuade him towards those more suited to his abilities. His sisters disappeared to do their own thing as such, fulfilling their will to be independent.

Master H meanwhile, was most perturbed by the speaking tube aboard HMS Lawford, especially by the voices that appeared from this metal pipe. The look on his face, was definitely a confused one.
