Chinese graves

Bike ride up to 800 (just beyond fruit farm). There was cloud cover which gave protection from sun but also pushed the humidity up to a level I'd not experienced, drenched.
Quite a lot to see today, roadside fruit stall destruction, a shrinking water level at the reservoir, but the Chinese graves caught my eye.
This one must have been a right one for the family to come and fly little flags on there grave. I'm probably missing the cultural specifics of the act.
