Spring thaw

Woke up to 2 inches of snow and trees sparkling ( briefly , then the sun went behind the clouds) with ice and snow covered branches. Why may you ask did I not blip the beautiful diamond encrusted weeping cherry in my front yard? Because I completely forgot to charge the camera battery yesterday. Which took a while to charge up , hence the partially frozen daffodil, which I thought was a goner. Then the ice melted and they all sprung up and are waving their bright heads at the sun once again. Till the next snowfall Tuesday???
