Crispie cakes

The cousins were arriving at some point. I could bear the "when will they be here?" questions al morning so the boys had a full morning on skylanders. I asked if they like to go to lidl to get chocolate for crispie cakes and added flippantly that otherwise I could just use their Easter eggs. I was told to use the Easter eggs! I jumped at the chance to remove some tempting chocolate from our fridge, and this was the resulting cakes. The boys were very exited to see said cousins. Their aunt was feeling grumpy because their youngest had been sick during their recent week in the Scottish Borders and their dad had been out on a hill more than she had, so I accompanied her up Carnethy in strong winds. We were blown to the top! Great to be out in the Pentlands though.
