Up in smoke

As yesterday’s plans went up in smoke, so did today.  I had a rough night, a lack of sleep and a dodgy stomach being the cause.

Spent the rest of the day doing some admin, so I’ve booked a couple of trips to Snowdonia, renewed my Cardiff Devils season ticket, and prepped for tomorrow’s Wales Quality Award assessment in Aberystwyth.

Fingers crossed for a better night tonight!
