Sparrows Galore

Isn't it annoying when the sun decides to come out in the early evening - too late to go anywhere or do anything?  It was grey, wet and miserable all day although the birds didn't seem to mind at all and happily emptied our seed and fat ball feeders.

This was my second choice shot, as I accidentally deleted my first choice which had at least twice as many sparrows in it as this one:-)  No shortage of them here and the babies haven't even been hatched yet!

Hope all the southerners enjoyed their warm sunshine and spared a thought for us:-)
