Relaxation and frustration

Still m'ill so the day was punctuated with paracetamol doses and sleep.  Between dog walks I unwisely tried to construct an IKEA bathroom cabinet for our newly decorated bathroom.  After cross words, Irritability and frustration I stomped off for the afternoon walk and to my relief found that Martin had managed the difficult bits by the time I retuned.

The photo is taken mid-afternoon (pre-IKEA construction), when Martin came into the quiet therapeutic sunny lounge and turned the football on - at which point I retired upstairs to my frustrating IKEA task.
