Trip to Vancouver Art Gallery

Traveled by train to Vancouver from Bellingham. Had some delays but we arrived in time for a yummy lunch in the cafe of the museum and then to see the show. The show featured the collection of art by the Cone sisters from Baltimore, Maryland. This included many works by Matisse. Twelve of us from Trish's open studio traveled up to see the show. We've been studying Matisse's work and the show was great. Made me feel like I wanted to paint more than I do. We had a great day.
