Mary, Mary...

...quite contrary
Into the garden we'll go.


Today was lovely. After such a busy week I needed an easy day and the fun aspect was a bonus. 

Mary has her exhibition of felted jackets in a couple of weeks and she needed a photo for an article about her in the paper...well I'm always up for that! My neighbour has jetted off to Australia and her garden is far better tended than mine...actually hers is tended, unlike mine...so we nipped round there. (I know she won't mind as I've mentioned before that I had considered using her garden once when she was out and she said it would have been fine).

We took plenty of pics and then I twiddled about with a few before emailing them off. I've since heard back from the reporter that they are just what they needed...phew! 

I then caught up with on friend on Skype....oh, the wonders of technology and the loveliness of being able to chat with friend who is miles away. Now...well I'm going to chill the evening away before the next busy week starts.
