Vodaphone No Signal

Hasn't worked since we powered it back up when we got home yesterday.
The stupid instructions tell you to call from your Vodaphone mobile whilst staying close to the unit and with a computer with Internet access.
Idiots - if my mobile would receive a signal where we live we wouldn't need this pile of crap.
Not expecting much from the helpline.
