Lunging

Archie  started it,  but we're all quite keen on a lunge . 

Today we went for a seven mile walk,  interspersed with breaks for coffee and cakes,  and crisps and lemonade. We have checked our our new boots and stretched our leg muscles. Amelia claims to be broken,  but I don't believe her.  

Thank you all so much for the lovely comments and stars and hearts yesterday. I worked out there are no more significant blip days until my 5 year anniversary, next February, which came as something of a relief,  if I'm honest!
