Tomato and Thyme Bloomer

Experimented with a shop-bought bread mix which I haven't used before, but which carries the name and photo of a certain celebrity baker (think PH). Was a bit sceptical whether it would match the hype of the packaging but turned out to be very tasty, especially with the addition of extra thyme, sundried tomatoes and some chopped olives.
