Alone

I consider myself fortunate in that I have always felt very comfortable being alone. I've always needed alone time.
I sometimes wonder how people find moments to reflect if they avoid being alone.
I sometimes wonder how people get to know themselves if they don't spend time alone.
I sometimes wonder if they know that being alone can feel free, focused, peaceful.
I sometimes wonder those things...when I'm alone. Lol
