no eye-dea what's going on here...

It is my birthday on Sunday. Now that I am a mummy, I wasn't taking any chances with my hangovers so I decided to have my birthday night out on Friday night rather than Saturday night to avoid being ill on my birthday.

I am clever.

God only knows what was going on here - I was rather on the tipsy side. I actually don't remember this photo being taken. In fact, I don't remember ANY of the photos being taken and there are loads of them!

Oof. We went to a lovely wee place on Leith Links called Bijou - if you've not been I'd highly recommend it. It was BYOB (which is why I was pissed as a fart) and then we went off to the wonderful Roseleaf where I drank lots of Sailor Jerry and got my photo taken doing funny things to my eye.

All in all, a very good indication that a good night was had by all.

I needed a bit of a blow out due to the fact that I, Abi Cornwall, have been made redundant AGAIN! In one year, me & Bry have clocked up 3 redundancies between us. Now we just need to get Arlo made redundant from er... the baby clinic or something and that's a full house!

I was really upset about it - not least because it brought all the horrible feelings of the first time round back to the fore. But I am going to be positive about this - it could be the start of something really good somewhere else. And I was actually getting a bit bored of market research, it possibly was time for a change in direction.

So - if anybody out there is looking for a loyal, organised, very efficient administrator/project manager/account manager who is fabulous and does strange things to her eyes in the pub - then look no further!

Seriously though - I am definitely on the job market if you know of anything.
