Collared Dove chick?

A young Collared Dove chick already? 
  I know we haven't had much of a cold Winter this year.But this little thing was born way out of season.
  It must be a baby as it has no 'Collar'and beak still has the soft shell appearance.
  It appears quite lethargic and tired.So I don't know if the parents have deserted it or not? It was picking up food from the feeder so we will just have to wait and see.
