Testing

Having made a Victoria Sandwich last week and mucked up the timer so really had no idea how long it was in the oven , this week I tried a Swiss Roll.

Recipe said .. Fan 200c 10 minutes
Actual bake ... Fan 200c 11 minutes

So I think the oven temp is pretty much what it says on the knob. Which is nice.
