Gooseberries

I've been getting behind on my blipping lately so only just realised I was coming up to 600 blips. I had a grand idea of recreating the Charge of the Light Brigade (..into the valley of death rode the 600) but far too ambitious and my son only has knights on horseback. It just wouldn't have been authentic.

Anyway, gooseberries have been plentiful at the allotment and I spent this evening washing, freezing, cooking gooseberry and elderflower fool for tonight and gooseberry crumble for tomorrow. Seemed a good use of gooseberries to make '600' before they headed into a crumble. Versatile little things from an evil, spiky bush that likes to cut your arms to shribbons.
