It's very quiet...

... now the boys have gone.

Three beautiful things:

This morning's walk with the boys and the dogs - spotting more bluebells and following trails which would lead to treasure.

A week of wonderful memories for both the boys and myself.

A simple smile and empathy at just the right time today.

One thing to be grateful for:

The privilege of being 'a mum' for the week. I have seen these two boys change and grow so much since September and know that soon they will have their 'forever family' for whom they will make two wonderful sons. I know I have said this before but I am simply in awe of the resilience these two boys demonstrate at such a young age and still have the capacity to 'love'.

As L says both B and he give the 'bestest hugs'.
