A quick shot of these gorgeous flowers in the garden today. I love the vibrant blue colour and their delicate shape.

Today's Jamie Oliver 30 minute meal: Super- Fast Beef Hash, jacket potatoes, Goddess salad, Lovely butter beans and bacon. 20 minutes, 35 secs. I would throughly recommend this...really quick and very straightforward. P210 in the book.
