The Jam is on.........

Literally as I Blip the blackcurrants are boiling, and the jam is being made, at last!!!!
I was busy all day, so now dinner over, 9o'clock in the evening I get the chance to make the jam......
We had a reasonably nice day today, we even had that ' strange yellow thing in the sky ' for awhile, and I see my redcurrants are ripening at last..... so, hopefully, redcurrant jelly next....
That's much more effort..........must go and stir the jam now;...............................
