Magn-ificent

Magnolia always seems like such a silly, ill prepared tree, it's the first to bloom (here anyway, the cherry blossom is wayyyy behind) and then because it's so early, it has to take the accompanying weather, which in March and April isn't kind on big, lush petals...stoopid plant.

Had to throw today's lesson plan out of the window because I only had 1 student (the rest decided to take advantage of the fabulous weather and make a long weekend of it) so we sat and chatted about favourite foods, tv shows and Daniel Craig...

Book group tonight and I've actually read the book, it irritated me in the extreme, but I finished the damn thing.
