OK., it's captive but what do you expect in Solihull High Street.
We took my recently purchased printer back to John Lewis this morning and had confirmation of my reasons for getting it from them.
I showed a sample print and there was no hesitation, "Oh that's not good, would you like your money back or another printer".
I haven't tried the print quality of the new one yet, fingers crossed.
