Verbena Bonariensis

If only this had been out 3 weeks ago for the Alphaponty challenge! The tea party at school went well today. It's always sad when people leave for whatever reason and it breaks up a team that has been together now for several years. We all have to move on I guess and life never stays the same.

That's just the same in nature and the garden. We wait so long for plants to grow and flower but then, all too soon, the blooms fade and are gone. These plants were tiny when I bought them and are now over 4 feet tall. At least they have escaped the slugs and snails.
